Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview

At [Vertex Healing Center ], we are committed to delivering high-quality wellness and educational programs. Due to the digital and transformational nature of our services, our refund and cancellation policy is outlined clearly below. By enrolling in any of our programs, workshops, consultations, or certification courses, you agree to this policy

Digital Courses & Online Programs

This includes: Freedom From Anxiety – Complete Treatment System Reiki (All Levels) NLP Practitioner / Master Programs Meditation Courses Recorded Workshops eBooks and Digital Materials Refund Policy: All digital product purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted. No refunds will be issued for: Change of mind Lack of time Failure to attend live sessions Personal circumstances Because digital materials can be downloaded or accessed immediately, refunds cannot be processed after access is provided

Live Workshops & Events

For live online or offline workshops: Cancellation by Participant: If cancellation is made at least 5 days before the event, you may: Transfer your seat to another person, OR Request credit for a future workshop No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 5 days before the event. No-Show Policy: Failure to attend without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the registration fee

1-to-1 Consultation Sessions

For personal healing or consultation sessions: Sessions can be rescheduled if informed at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable. Missed sessions without notice are considered completed and non-refundable

Certification Programs & High-Ticket Courses

For premium certification or professional training programs: Enrollment fees are non-refundable. Payment plans (if applicable) must be completed as agreed. Early withdrawal does not release the participant from remaining payment obligations. Exceptions may be considered only in extreme medical emergencies with valid documentation

Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be processed only in the following cases: Duplicate payment Technical error resulting in multiple charges Program cancellation by us Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.

Cancellation by Organization

We reserve the right to: Cancel or reschedule programs due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will receive: Full refund OR Option to transfer to another batch

Emotional & Personal Responsibility

Our programs are transformational in nature. Results depend on: Individual participation Consistency Personal effort Refunds will not be provided based on subjective dissatisfaction with personal results

We reserve the right to update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date
